Since 2002, DCM has formed partnerships with local colleges and engaged over 100 interns in our offices in the role of junior investment analyst. Interns support the firm’s development and implementation of quantitative and fundamental investment research, gaining real-world applicable finance skills that culminate in presenting a research paper to the firm’s investment team. Previous DCM interns have gone on to roles such as CEO and directors of financial firms, portfolio managers, analysts, and risk managers.
