As a founding principal of Decatur Capital Management, Ralph is responsible for the firm’s compliance program and risk management. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
Ralph completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University and did further studies in accounting at the University of Miami in Oxford, Ohio. Ralph is an U.S. Army veteran and
served in the Vietnam Conflict. He completed the requirements for the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1976.
Ralph has over 25 years of experience in financial and real estate management. He was an auditor in a Big Five accounting firm and has served as an internal auditor in the construction industry.
He has a passion for helping small businesses reach their potential and had an accounting and tax practice for many years that focused on small businesses.
He spends his time helping youth organizations and has served on the boards at Young Life DeKalb, Baptist Camp Council of Georgia and Cub Scout Pack 2600.
He loves physical activities such as jogging, walking, Tai Chi, and tennis.
