Tamica manages the firm’s back office functions, strategic operations planning and GIPS compliance. She also provides support to the trader and other members of the DCM team.

She graduated from Georgia State University with a major in Finance.

Tamica brings more than 16 years of operations expertise to the firm. Prior to joining Decatur Capital Management, she was a portfolio administrator with Buckhead Capital Management. While at BCM, Tamica was responsible for client reporting, trade support, trade settlement and verification processes. Before joining BCM, she was a Manager of the Client Service team at Earnest Partners.

She enjoys spending time with family and reading motivational books.
